College appoints first European Delegated Prosecutors
In an important moment for the EPPO, the College has just appointed its first 14 European Delegated Prosecutors (EDPs): 10 from Germany and 4 from Slovakia. They will join our team in early 2021. We are looking forward to receiving many more candidates from the other participating EU Member States. -

European Prosecutors of Germany and Italy appointed as Deputy European Chief Prosecutors
LUXEMBURG, 11/11/2020. – The College of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) appointed today two Deputy European Chief Prosecutors: Danilo Ceccarelli from Italy and Andrés Ritter from Germany. This is another important step on the path for the EPPO to become operational. -

European Chief Prosecutor and 22 European Prosecutors take oath before Court of Justice of the European Union
LUXEMBURG, 28/09/2020. - The College of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) gave today a solemn undertaking at a formal sitting before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxemburg. The EPPO is the first independent European prosecution service, competent for investigating, prosecuting and bringing to justice offences affecting the financial interests of the European Union.
