Eight more European Delegated Prosecutors appointed, one rejected

The College of the EPPO yesterday appointed eight more European Delegated Prosecutors, four from France and four from Latvia. One candidate from Lithuania was rejected by the College because the candidate does not meet all the necessary eligibility criteria foreseen by Article 17(2) of the EPPO Regulation for the appointment of European Delegated Prosecutors. So far 48 European Delegated Prosecutors have been appointed.
