In an important moment for the EPPO, the College has just appointed its first 14 European Delegated Prosecutors (EDPs): 10 from Germany and 4 from Slovakia. They will join our team in early 2021. We are looking forward to receiving many more candidates from the other participating EU Member States.
The College also decided to establish 15 Permanent Chambers to monitor and direct the investigations and prosecutions of the EPPO. A decision on their composition was also taken. Big steps forward for starting our operations!
