The College of the EPPO has decided to appoint one European Delegated Prosecutor from Bulgaria. Two candidates have been rejected, after careful evaluation, because they do not meet all the necessary eligibility criteria foreseen by Article 17(2) of the EPPO Regulation for the appointment of European Delegated Prosecutors.
Four European Delegated Prosecutors from Bulgaria have now been appointed in total.
