Traineeship for the Communications Sector

The EPPO is seeking applications for the position of traineeship for the Communications Sector.

Reporting directly to the Head of the Communications Sector, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting, editing, and proofreading engaging and informative content for the EPPO's website, intranet, social media channels, and other communication materials, such as press releases.
• Managing and updating content across the EPPO's online platforms.
• Increasing awareness about the EPPO by responding to inquiries from citizens and the academic community.
• Assisting in the organisation of events, as well as academic and high-level visits.
• Providing support and guidance on additional activities and projects within the Communications Sector, including media relations, internal communications, graphic design, administration, and digital communications.
