The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Berlin (Germany) has filed an indictment against nine suspects, following an investigation into a criminal organisation importing salvage vehicles from the United States (US) and reselling them after cosmetic repair, while evading custom duties.
The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Katowice (Poland) filed an indictment on 8 September 2026 at the Circuit Court in Katowice against two suspects accused of attempting to fraudulently obtain €3.3 million in EU funding to establish nurseries across the country.
Two individuals and a company were convicted of fraud on Friday over EU subsidies obtained for a fictitious cattle farm, following an investigation and prosecution by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Paris (France).
