Today, the Paris Criminal Court convicted three individuals in a €296 498 agricultural subsidy fraud case in French Guiana, following an investigation by the EPPO in Paris, France. Two companies, one specialised in livestock breeding as well as a cattle and meat cooperative were also convicted.

The European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Katowice (Poland) filed an indictment on 8 September 2026 at the Circuit Court in Katowice against two suspects accused of attempting to fraudulently obtain €3.3 million in EU funding to establish nurseries across the country.
