Two individuals and a company were convicted of fraud on Friday over EU subsidies obtained for a fictitious cattle farm, following an investigation and prosecution by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Paris (France).
Today, the European Chief Prosecutor Ms Laura Kövesi and the Chief Grand Prosecutor of the People’s Republic of China Mr Ying Yong signed a working arrangement between the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China.
Today, based on an investigation by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) in Paris (France), the Paris Criminal Court convicted three French companies and their two executives for fraud involving €275 800 in EU funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
